At Headshot.ai, your satisfaction is our priority. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the digital nature of our service. Below are the details that outline when refunds are applicable, when they are not, and how you can request one.
The Headshot.ai Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our AI-generated headshots. If you encounter technical issues or are unsatisfied with the results due to factors within our control, you may be eligible for a refund. We want every user to have a positive experience and aim to resolve dissatisfaction quickly and fairly.
Before processing a refund, we will first offer to regenerate your images at no additional cost. If you are still not satisfied after regeneration, you may request a refund.
Eligible refund scenarios include:

A technical failure during image generation that prevents delivery

Accidental duplicate payments for the same order

Orders placed without receiving the product due to system error

Files that fail to render or are corrupted upon download
Refunds are offered at our discretion, and we may choose to remedy the issue (e.g., regenerate your images) before processing a refund.
What Doesn’t Qualify for a Refund
Because digital image generation is a custom and irreversible process, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind after the order has been processed

Dissatisfaction based solely on personal taste or style preference (e.g., “I don’t like the look”)

Failure to upload the required number of images or follow onboarding instructions

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete user-provided information

Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase
All sales are considered final once headshots have been successfully delivered, unless they meet one of our qualifying refund exceptions.

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. We may follow up with questions or propose alternative solutions (such as regenerating your images) before confirming refund eligibility.
How Long Do Refunds Take

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and banking institution.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

If we detect suspicious activity (e.g., repeated refund attempts from the same user or abuse of free trials), we reserve the right to deny refund requests.
